I clicked all over the website and here's all I got, only by guessing: This is a community of adults who chose software testing as a job (employee or contractor) or maybe their own business (self-employed). The Ministry of Testing seems to follow the industry guild society business model, which includes membership, trainings linked to certifications or badges, events, and online communities for conversations between in-person events.
Guild is probably a good word/comparison...I refer to it as a community of practice these days where we gather together virtually and irl to share and improve upon the 'software testing' industry.
I need to find time and a space to put that on the website, it's a mess atm and it's one of the reasons I'm taking back over. 😕
