And here’s the thing, we can’t ask good questions if we don’t get to know our people. We have to know what could be interesting for them.
And we can only get to know our people by actively practicing community discovery, continuously.

True this! Asking the questions is one part. Asking the questions in a certain way is also important. As an example: don't ask for tips on how to setup SEO for my website, but rather ask for people to come take a look at the way I've done it (and let the tips follow, and have everyone learn).
Community members need to be made aware of this difference. If they are aware, learning will start flowing. I know this from my experience latently, but David Spinks made it concrete for me in this post: https://davidspinks.substack.com/p/find-the-turpentine
