I clicked all over the website and here's all I got, only by guessing: This is a community of adults who chose software testing as a job (employee or contractor) or maybe their own business (self-employed). The Ministry of Testing seems to follow the industry guild society business model, which includes membership, trainings linked to certifications or badges, events, and online communities for conversations between in-person events.
