Discover more from Continuous Community
I’m a curation fan. I’m also a fan of sharing people’s work.
I keep on top of new blogletters (newsletters + blogs), but I realise not everyone else does. One thing we can do in community is to simplify people’s lives. Discovering resources and helping people go down the rabbit hole is one valid way to do that.
One way I share things is via my weekly Rosieland newsletter. I do this with specific links, quotes or personal comments.
In Rosieland I started using Superwave this year and have started sharing blogletters (newsletters + blogs) as a discussion. I can then quickly add it into a collection for long value. I need to work on getting others to make recommendations too (😃), but part of me loves that anyone can easily contribute to this process.
If you know or have experienced anything related to Community Knowledge Management then you’ll know that getting people actually contributing to something is really hard. Perhaps a better way would be making it part of the culture and conversations.
It currently looks like this. 👇
